DAY 1: Nairobi National Park Safari Experience

Choose between a morning or afternoon departure to suit your schedule.

Morning Safari (Half-Day)

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 07:00 hrs. After a short drive, you’ll enter Nairobi National Park at approximately 07:45 hrs, when wildlife is most active. Enjoy an exciting game drive through open savannah plains and acacia woodland in search of lions, black rhinos, buffaloes, leopards, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, ostriches, and numerous antelope species. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into the park’s wildlife and conservation efforts. At around 10:45 hrs, visit the historic Ivory Burning Site Monument or opt for a guided walk at the Nairobi Safari Walk to learn more about Kenya’s diverse ecosystems. Your safari concludes with drop-off in Nairobi at 12:00 hrs, or you may choose an optional lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant.

Afternoon Safari (Half-Day)

For guests who prefer a later departure, your safari begins with pick-up at 14:00 hrs. Enter the park at approximately 14:45 hrs for an afternoon game drive as wildlife becomes increasingly active in the cooler hours of the day. Capture stunning photographs of animals with Nairobi’s skyline in the background before making an optional visit to the Safari Walk.
