DAY 1: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Begin your Kenya safari with a morning departure from Nairobi toward the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Travel through the beautiful Great Rift Valley, stopping at the viewpoint to admire the dramatic escarpment and capture memorable photographs.  Continue to Masai Mara and arrive in time for lunch and check-in at your camp. In the afternoon, visit a traditional Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience. Meet members of the local community, visit traditional manyattas, and learn about Maasai customs, livestock keeping, beadwork, traditional fire-making, clothing, and their pastoral way of life. Enjoy traditional songs and the famous Maasai jumping dance while interacting with warriors, elders, and women from the community. After the visit, return to camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: FULL DAY MASAI MARA SAFARI

Begin the morning with an optional sunrise hot air balloon safari over the spectacular Masai Mara plains. After landing, enjoy a special bush breakfast before joining the rest of the group for a full day of game viewing. Explore the vast savannah in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, gazelles, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, and other wildlife. The Masai Mara is also one of the best destinations on Kenya safari tours for spotting predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. DAY 3: MASAI MARA – LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and travel toward Lake Nakuru while enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley, Mount Longonot, and Lake Naivasha along the way. Continue to Lake Nakuru and enjoy a game drive inside the national park. The park is particularly famous for its black and white rhinos, abundant birdlife, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, and occasional leopard sightings.  After the game drive, proceed to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU – LAKE NAIVASHA

Search for black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, lions, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife before leaving the park. Continue to Lake Naivasha with lunch along the way.
